THE USE OF MICROWAVE OVENS:

MICROWAVE OVENS: CAN CAUSE SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS:
When microwave ovens first made their appearance, they had no doors. Restaurant workers used to put the plates in for reheating the foods, and taking the foods out using their hands. Some had mitts on, some did not. However, many of them developed skin cancer.
So the microwave oven manufactures tried to make it safe, and came up with the idea of doors to the microwave ovens. These modern day microwave ovens operate just the same as before. The doors have some screening, but someone is telling lies that "it's healthy this way". However, the microwaves themselves DO escape through the holes there, regardless of the convenient lies that it does not present any health problem. And microwaves have health problems, real problems, if contacting a person, or animal, or other life-forms. They can even mutate contagions.
The lies are there to persuade people to ALL buy a microwave oven, for quick heating and cooking of foods. The motivation of the microwave oven manufacturers was: they wanted the money for their product. Word of mouth says "it's safe". Yet to the best of my information from Spirit, that "safe" idea is a lie; the fact is: it's NOT safe.
And some people, after years of eating especially chicken or pig-meat, microwaved, will get bowel cancer. It is NOT nice to know this. I think, knowing this, it's my duty to let people know: the old-fashioned way of cooking is best.
As far as I can tell, convection and infra-red ovens are quite safe to cook the foods in. Some fan-forced ovens are ok. The old traditional types of ovens are quite safe, too. It may take longer for the foods to cook, yet in the days before microwave ovens, that was no real bother to a good and patient housewife, or others.
When I was growing up, I, at times, saw my Mum sitting on a kitchen stool in the centre of the kitchen, she was keeping track of the foods cooking, and had some few minutes here and there and decided to spend the time memorising  the recipes in her recipe books, the recipes she found the best success at cooking or baking: going by the comments her family made when eating her cookery. So it was that she developed more patience and did not waste time. She still kept watch over the cooking, and was an expert cook. Later, she decided to buy a microwave oven, years after the first stories had gone around that it was unsafe, hearing that it was safe (a lie from those making the microwave ovens, they wanted more money and saw nothing wrong with lies here and there, to boost their sales, more money that way).
There are those that KNOW microwave ovens are unsafe and have recommended that people keep 7 feet distance from the microwave ovens. However: most people would say: "My kitchen is too small for that".
Probably better to try for an old-fashioned, traditional oven.
